A Flowery Rachel Trevor Morgan Hat for Easter 2014

On 20 April 2014, Easter Sunday, the Queen debuted a new Stewart Parvin outfit, comprised of a very pale azure/grey crepe coat with decorative fastenings, flower print silk dress in coordinating shades and a matching silk flower-embellished straw hat by Rachel Trevor Morgan with an upturned brim and ribbon. The ensamble was brightened by her Boucheron aquamarine and diamond clips:

We saw this look again soon afterwards, on 17 June 2014, the first day of the races at Ascot, with a charming brooch by royal jewellers G. Collins & Sons. Ltd., in the shape of two swans:

The look was repeated again a year later, on 4 June 2015, when the Queen, accompanied by the Princess Royal and the Countess of Wessex, attended the Annual General Meeting of the National Federation of Women's Institutes at the Royal Albert Hall in the WI centenary year (Daily Mail article here). The Queen accessorized with the Cambridge Pearl Pendant brooch:

The look was repeated on 15 May 2016, the last day of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, paired again with the Boucheron clips. The Queen was joined in the royal box by the Duke of Edinburgh as they watched the final of the pony club mounted games (Daily Mail article here, photos towards the end):
